In 2000 I was inspired by a traditional Mexican recipe, which when taken with a good dose of courage and some fantastic organic chocolate produced one of our five original bars. Although we have played with our chilli grinding method to improve ‘the surprise’, this dark chilli bar remains one of our most popular and most talked about!
